Who are we looking for?
This position will work alongside and supports our US Wholesale sales team, and will act as a liaison between outside sales and departments at HQ.
What are other responsibilities?
- Provide administrative support to Sales Leadership and sales reps in the field
- Primary point of contact, at headquarters, for general sales team inquiries
- Responsible for collecting key sales documentation and ensuring it is indexed appropriately
- Sales tool support and development
- Evaluate processes and offer alternative solutions that elevate us
- Maintain sales representative and dealer services contacts
- Support sales in the coordination of on-site meetings and showroom setup
- Assist in coordinating sample distribution
- Take and own assigned sales projects
- Assist with trade show and sales meeting coordination
- Act as a Wholesale Marketing project management as needed
Must Haves!
- 2 years of successful sales operations experience
- High level of Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc…)
- Ability to prioritize and balance a diverse mix of advanced administrative tasks
- Attention to detail
- Works well under pressure
- Excellent proofreading and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential matters
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team
- Able to handle constant shifting of priorities and to anticipate and resolve problems
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
