Job Overview:
As Kizik’s Sr. Channel Marketing Manager, you will play a significant role in defining and advancing the Brand via our wholesale ecosystem. You will collaborate with our brand, sales, and broader marketing teams to lead strategy and activation. You’ll drive new product launches, brand tentpoles and programs in store & online to introduce Kizik to new consumers and excite existing fans of the brand. We’re looking for someone who can create and align others on a vision, ensure success end-to-end and drive results. As an expert achiever, you’ll play a critical role in the organization’s global growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning and Execution
- Develop in-store strategy including brand building and activation strategy at point of sale, including associate training, collateral needs and new account best practices.
- Construct and implement North American co-op plan including spending principles, creative concepting and measurement, in alignment with seasonal brand and channel strategies.
- Manage Retail Media relationship, working with Brand Media Team on strategy, budget, account plans, analysis and optimization.
- Monitor brand presence on retail.com to ensure an accurate and relevant consumer experience. Identify areas of opportunity and suggest updates when necessary.
- Manage wholesale retail calendar for key milestones, story development and promotional plans.
2. Customer & Consumer Experience
- Ensure that the customer and sales teams are aligned with all other company departments in planning, communication, execution and corporate strategy.
- Build relationships and act as single point of contact with internal functions such as creative, communications, operations, sales and more.
- Closely partners with sales on development and presentation of materials for key strategic account meetings, joint business plans, Top to Tops, etc.
3. Performance & Optimization
- Partner with the broader organization to develop Shopper Insights to better understand the specificities of the shopper journey to identify and map key touch points within each channel.
- Identify areas of opportunity within the competitive landscape based on new marketing platforms, trends, product assortment & incentive offerings.
- Establishes KPIs and recaps campaigns to track performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- 8-10 years of brand and/or channel marketing experience. Consumer product experience required; experience in the footwear or apparel industry preferred.
- Solid written communication skills and demonstrated comfort level with public speaking and presenting.
- Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships in order to develop impactful sales and brand equity driving programs.
- Proven track record for developing and executing new initiatives with partners.
- Strong project management skills, time management skills and attention to detail while simultaneously managing multiple projects.
- Comfortable in fast-changing, fast paced environment with tight deadlines.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Normal office environment. Travel will be required for key milestones and selling periods.
