- Property Accountant experience is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principles
- Excellent analytical skills for financial report interpretation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with GAAP principles.
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure the integrity of financial data.
- Utilize accounting software to manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
- Analyze financial information to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance financial reporting and accounting practices.
