Position Description:
KJM’s foreman are dedicated to managing and completing landscape maintenance tasks from beginning to end, ensuring that the customer is satisfied, feels valued and respected, while their home or business is being maintained, as well as, leading their team with precision, proper communication, and timeliness.
Essential responsibilities and duties:
- Oversee the completion of various landscape management practices such as but not limited to pruning, edging and mulching, mowing, and planting.
- Safely operate equipment such as truck and trailer, lawn mower, backpack blower, chainsaw, hedge trimmers and more
- Lead a team of 2-4 team members, respectfully, professionally, and safely
- Effectively communicate with the account manager and clients.
- Track hours on job and take effective notes on work orders
Qualifications:
- 1 years landscape maintenance foreman experience
- Valid drivers license and authorized to work in the United States
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices such as proper pruning procedure, planting techniques, mulching, and mowing.
- The ability to speak Spanish is preferred but not required.
