About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Active sales of all KJUS products
- Develop and maintain extensive product knowledge
- Serve as the first point of contact at our retail locations, ensuring exceptional customer service
- Support inventory management, including receiving, labeling, and merchandising products
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or customer service experience
- Moderate computer skills (MS Office, Outlook)
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- A passion for outdoor sports industry
