Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact at our retail locations, ensuring exceptional customer service
• Drive sales growth through active product promotion and enthusiastic customer engagement
• Develop and maintain extensive product knowledge to inform customer purchases and drive sales
• Support inventory management, including receiving, labeling, and merchandising products

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or customer service experience
• Moderate computer skills (MS Office, Outlook)
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
• A passion for outdoor sports industry

Benefits:
