Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Clinical Instructor to join our team. Duties
- Educate students on clinical practices, procedures, and patient care techniques.
- Supervise and evaluate student performance in various clinical settings.
- Facilitate hands-on learning experiences that include phlebotomy and other essential nursing skills.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop curriculum and instructional materials that meet educational standards.
- Utilize learning technology to enhance teaching methods and student engagement.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to promote their professional development.
- Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.
- Stay current with advancements in healthcare practices and educational methodologies.
Requirements
- Experience working with students in a clinical or educational setting is preferred.
- Background in primary care, acute care, or senior care is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of nursing practices and the ability to teach complex concepts effectively.
- Familiarity with learning technology tools that support education delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students and colleagues.
- A commitment to fostering a positive learning environment that promotes student success.
- Previous experience in higher education teaching is a plus.

Pay: $30.49 - $35.00 per hour
