Responsibilities:
- Facilitate clinical training sessions for nursing assistant students.
- Demonstrate proper techniques and procedures in a clinical setting.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students during their clinical rotations.
- Collaborate with the education team to develop and implement curriculum updates as needed.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards during clinical activities.

Requirements:
- Active LPN/RN license (retired LPNs/RNs encouraged to apply).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
- Previous experience in teaching or training is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
