POSITION MISSION: To adeptly draft and file business entity setup documents with the appropriate states and the IRS.
JOB SUMMARY: KKOS’s Cedar City Team is a close-knit group of friendly people who care about one another and celebrate each other frequently. Business Entity Setup Coordinators in the Business Department help our clients establish the business entity structures that meet their needs starting with reviewing intake information and moving through various stages of drafting and filing documents until completion and shipment of the Corporate Book.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: The Ideal Business Entity Setup Coordinator has a positive attitude, is easy to work with, diligent, and reliable in their delivery of excellent service. A Professional with at least 2 yrs Professional Office experience or 2 yrs of customer service experience. Other skills required to seize this opportunity include: demonstrated successful experience in organizing detailed work and meeting deadlines; a hard worker who is flexible, conscientious, and respectful of others. Key Duties:
o Data entry for document creation
o Deliver a high-touch service to clients
o Field client inquiries
o Process filings with state and IRS
o Answer questions regarding company services and pricing
o Collect and store billing information
o Manage documents including sending, receiving, and gathering all required documentation necessary for the delivery of services
o Follow up with Clients and state agencies for completed documents
