Position Mission: To draft Estate Plan documents and oversee their progression from initiation to completion; to maintain accurate department records; and to strengthen client relationships through diligent and timely communication with Attorneys and Clients.

What You Will Be Doing: Our Rexburg Team is a spirited, supportive group that brings creativity, humor, and dedication to every interaction, fostering a workplace where everyone strives to strengthen both Clients and Coworkers. The Estate Plan Drafter collaborates with KKOS Attorneys and Clients to prepare Estate Plans that meet both Client needs and Firm objectives.
Estate Plan Drafter Key Duties:
- Use various office software include email, HubSpot, and Microsoft Word to gather and maintain accurate information to draft estate plans
- Communicate frequently with Clients via phone, text, and email to collect necessary drafting information and draft approvals; log all contact attempts in HubSpot
- Draft and revise documents using Microsoft Word and InterActive Legal ensuring all necessary changes are implemented
- Verify document formatting, spelling, and structure for accuracy before finalization
- Uphold and exemplify the characteristics of the Estate Plan Department Team Charter at all times
- Engage in Team and Staff Meetings, and 1-to-1 discussions with Manager
Required Qualifications:
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding client service
- Stellar written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and an aptitude for learning new software programs
- Careful attention to detail
- Teachable and willing to continually implement new concepts, systems, and procedures into daily operations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and align with department goals
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged sitting at a desk
· Working on multi-screen computers
· Lifting up to 15lbs
This position is long-term with pay dependent upon experience.
Work hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday.
