KLA's Global Products Group (GPG) is responsible for creating all of KLA’s metrology and inspection products. The RAPID division provides reticle inspection solutions for the semiconductor industry.
Job Description / Preferred Qualifications
This Product Development intern will develop processes for managing data sets collected during the build of mechanical assembly for next generation electron optics inspection systems. The candidate will ensure accuracy of data and support data analysis. Responsibilities include :
- Support correlation studies between build data and tool performance data
- Conduct tests and monitor process performance through data analytics software such as JMP
- Troubleshoot problems associated with manufacturing processes
- Make detailed records of results and contribute to written reports or presentations as required
- Improve process monitoring through SPC methodology and root cause analysis

Minimum Qualifications
Ideally, current PhD student looking to graduate within 1-2 years
Base Pay Range : $32.00 - $53.00 per hour based on pursuit of a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D.
