Entry-Level Aerial Operations Assistant

Klaasmeyer Construction is hiring dependable Aerial Ground Hands to support our aerial crews in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Pull cable and prepare hardware for installation

• Load/unload materials and set up work zones

• Maintain a clean, safe job site

• Learn the trade and support the team

Requirements:

• No experience necessary—we train!

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Ability to lift, move materials, and work outdoors

Qualifications

• Proficient in using hand and power tools
• Basic mechanical knowledge
• Familiarity with construction site operations
• Willingness to learn fiber splicing and welding techniques
• Comfortable with climbing and bucket truck operations
• No prior experience required; training will be provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $17.50 per hour
