Key Performance Expectations :
Patient Readiness & Clinic Efficiency : Ensure exam rooms are stocked, cleaned, and prepared for each client to support seamless clinical operations.
Vital Signs & Medical Support : Accurately obtain and record vital signs (Blood Pressure, Height, Weight, Pulse, Respirations, Waist Circumference) with a 95% accuracy rate.
Injections & Procedures : Administer injections (Deltoid, Gluteal, intradermal, subcutaneous) correctly, meeting 100% compliance with safety and procedural protocols.
Clinical Documentation : Record client information with 100% accuracy in the electronic health record system, ensuring timely documentation in accordance with clinic policies.
Laboratory & Follow-Up Care : Assist in lab result tracking, ensuring 100% of lab results are documented and followed up appropriately within designated timeframes.
Medication & Prescription Support : Process medication entries, prescription refills, and insurance communications with zero errors to support psychiatric providers.
Client & Partner Communication : Act as a liaison between psychiatric providers, clients, family members, and community partners, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Confidentiality & Compliance : Maintain strict client confidentiality, adhering to HIPAA and clinic regulations 100% of the time.
Customer Service & Patient Interaction : Provide professional and empathetic support to clients, ensuring a 95% patient satisfaction rating.
Qualifications :
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) through AAMA or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) through AMT
High School Diploma or higher
Current CPR certification
Experience using electronic health record systems preferred
Valid Oregon Drivers License with a clean driving record
