About Us: Klamath Health Partnership, Inc. (KHP), is a Federally Qualified Health Center whose mission is to provide accessible, quality-driven, responsive, patient-centered health services to the community, with an emphasis on those who need us most. Staffed by a comprehensive team of over 50 health professionals and over 100 support personnel, KHP is the second-largest healthcare provider in the Klamath Basin.
- Provide direct patient care, including preventive care, primary diagnosis, treatment, and inpatient medical care when appropriate.
- Perform complete examinations of patients and screen all patients for health maintenance needs, working within a relationship-based model of care.
- Document clinical observations, adhere to industry standards, and conduct chart reviews to ensure compliance.
- Oversee the development and implementation of clinical protocols and compliance measures.
- Assist in provider workflow planning and scheduling.
- Monitor clinical performance to ensure compliance with regulatory and licensing agencies.
- Serve as a preceptor to providers in training.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to staff providers, offering guidance on best practices and resolving medical service and operational issues.
- Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely documentation in medical records in accordance with established clinic protocols.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and all clinical safety standards.
- Provide call coverage and inpatient care as required by contractual obligations.

Physical Demands and Accommodations:
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with occasional extended hours and Saturdays.
