Position Overview : Klamath Health Partnership, Inc. (KHP), a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in Southern Oregon, is seeking a Medical Director to lead our clinical team. The Medical Director will play a pivotal role in setting clinical standards, overseeing the delivery of medical services, and ensuring that our health center provides the highest level of care to the community. This position reports directly to the CEO and is integral in shaping our clinical strategies and patient care policies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver comprehensive medical services to patients, encompassing assessment, care plan development, treatment implementation, and evaluation.
- Provide leadership and direction for all clinical staff, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of care and compliance with all regulatory bodies.
- Develop and implement clinical programs and services that align with the center's goals and community health needs.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and continuing education of medical staff.
- Monitor and evaluate clinical practices and methodologies to continually improve quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers, community leaders, and stakeholders to promote wellness and health education.
- Manage the budget for clinical operations, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Serve as a mentor and resource to medical staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
