Pay Rate: $105/hr on W2, all inclusive (No benefit)
Responsibilities
- Migrations and Design: This person will plan, design, and implement migrations for Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, and Office 365. They need a solid understanding of Microsoft Exchange versions (2010, 2013), Active Directory, and Windows Server technologies.
- Solution Architecture: The role involves delivering project-based assignments that involve system architecture and deployment services.
- Client Interaction: They'll lead meetings with clients to plan configurations and articulate design choices (e.g., latency, storage, etc.). The job includes both remote and onsite work.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills are required, as they’ll lead client interactions and solve complex technical problems.
- Microsoft Technologies: In-depth experience with Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Windows Server, and SharePoint is essential.
- Messaging Solutions: Experience with other messaging solutions (e.g., anti-virus, mobility solutions, or real-time collaboration) would be beneficial.
- Microsoft Online Services: Experience with Microsoft Online Services (Office 365, Azure) is highly preferred, as well as knowledge of Ntune for Office 365.
- System Center Tools: Familiarity with SCCM, SCOM, SCSM, SCVMM and tools for Windows 10 Deployment is important.
Experience:
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in technical solutions development using Microsoft platforms, including migration and architecture design.
- 3 years of experience in solutions consulting and full-lifecycle technical leadership.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Core Infrastructure.
- PowerShell expertise is desired for scripting and automation.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and exposure to frameworks like SDM, MSSP, MOF.
- Additional certifications like Microsoft Certified Architect, Office 365 MCSA, MCSE: Messaging, and Exchange Ranger training would be a plus.
- Experience with Unified Messaging (UM) or MS Teams Voice is also a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems).
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and presenting to senior management.
