ESTATE PLANNING PARALEGAL POSITION
Klapach & Klapach, PC, is an estate planning law firm committed to helping clients protect their families and transfer hard-earned assets to loved ones.
We are looking for a talented FULL-TIME ESTATE PLANNING PARALEGAL.
Hard-skills we seek:
- At least 5 years’ experience in estate planning
- Expert user of MS Word and must be adept with Excel
- Excellent drafting skills
- Comfortable drafting estate documents for attorney review (wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, etc.)
- Experience preparing transfer and beneficiary forms, deeds, assessor documents
- Experience preparing Trust Accountings, Statutory Notices, and other trust administration documents
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients, verbally and in writing

Job Type: Full-time, but work from home one day per week
Paid vacation, additional paid vacation for full-time employees at firm longer than 4 years, 401K and matching firm contributions, gas stipend, and health and dental benefits
Pay: $45-50 per hour
