The Director/Vice President of Product will lead the Product organization, managing a team of Product Managers. This individual will be responsible for executing the overall product strategy, aligning with the company’s vision and goals, and driving growth through innovative and user-centric data analytics solutions tailored for the community banking sector. As a key member of the leadership team, the Director/VP of Product will report to the Chief Product Officer and play a pivotal role in the company’s success.
KlariVis is headquartered in Roanoke, Virginia.

Requirements
Team Management and Development
- Lead, mentor, and empower a team of three product professionals, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Ensure the team effectively communicates and collaborates with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Drive alignment and accountability within the Product organization, promoting a high-performance culture.
Product Execution and Delivery
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery of features and solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements.
- Regularly assess and refine product development processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Customer Focus and Market Insight
- Deeply understand the needs, pain points, and opportunities of community banks to guide product decisions.
- Conduct regular customer and stakeholder engagement to validate priorities and ensure product relevance.
- Analyze market and competitor dynamics to refine positioning and maintain competitive advantage.
Metrics and Reporting
- Define and track key product metrics to measure success, drive decisions, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Provide clear updates to the executive team and board on product performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Experience and Knowledge
- 10 years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Proven track record of scaling data and analytics products, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Strong understanding of community banking or financial services (preferred but not required).
Skills
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to varied audiences.
