Key responsibilities:
- Engage directly with clients to coordinate meetings and address concerns.
- Manage scheduling and calendar coordination with precision.
- Arrange and book travel for team members, ensuring seamless itineraries.
- Assist in the completion and submission of travel expense reports with attention to detail.
- Assertive execution of tasks and a track record of achieving goals
- Exceptional ability to prioritize, take ownership of responsibilities, and adhere to project timelines
- Independence in task management, coupled with a strong aptitude for self-direction
- An open and receptive approach to both giving and receiving feedback
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, is highly regarded
