Key Responsibilities
- Strategically guide research priorities and timelines while efficiently managing and updating projects using Salesforce.
- Communicate effectively to ensure the team is aligned with project progress.
- Proactively identify and address potential project challenges. Analyze outcomes to shape future research strategies.
- Lead and mentor a dedicated team of researchers. Support your team in various outreach and research tasks.
- Organize research schedules to accommodate provider availability.
- Engage in quality assurance discussions to enhance research standards.
- Conduct research calls and outreach to healthcare professionals.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and problem-solving.
- Confident in leading discussions and continuously improving processes.
- Open to constructive feedback and proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Salesforce.
- Experience with Calendly, Account Management, and People Management is a plus.
- Customer relations and administrative experience.
- Clinical background is not mandatory but beneficial.
- Higher education is strongly preferred, setting the foundation for success in this role.
