What you will do:
Are you a results-oriented, driven individual with an ability to build great relationships? Is having a passion for the brand you represent and being able to have an impact on its growth important to you? We are looking for a Foodservice Sales Executive reporting to the CEO, to lead the growth of Klatch’s foodservice business. You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, developing and growing partnerships with wholesale accounts and opening up new accounts with a focus on restaurant chains, hospitality, and non-commercial accounts that align with the Klatch’s mission and values.
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Manage, negotiate, and execute complex contracts and programs across multiple channels within the foodservice industry
- Optimize marketing budget, deployment, and promotional plans and calendars to optimize sales and margin
- Evaluate cost benefit analysis and P&L of current and future partnerships
- Have strong executive presence
- Lead workstreams across marketing, operations, and finance to execute sales opportunities
- Manage and build relationships with distributors and redistributors to effectively build the Klatch brand within the foodservice marketplace
- Prepare effective sales presentations based on sound data analysis
- Build a pipeline of new opportunities and nurture existing relationships for long-term revenue.
- Develop pricing strategies, craft compelling proposals, and finalize contracts with key decision-makers.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.
- Track sales performance, customer trends, and market insights to drive continuous improvement.
- In the first 30 days:
- Thoroughly understand our ideal client and company business development best practices and policies
- Learn and understand complete company product and services
- In the first 90 days:
- You’ll be bringing in 400 new lbs of business per month
- You’ll be bringing in $10k in equipment sales per month
- After the first year:
- You’ll be building a team around you
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of foodservice experience with a focus on restaurants, coffee shops, hospitality industry, and B&I
- Experience with a small company or an emerging brand
- Experience working with large foodservice distributors and broadliners
- Ability to write new contracts with accounts
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce and Google Suite
- Ability to travel locally. 95% of the time will be in SoCal with limited outside travel

- Base Salary: $70,000-85,000 (commensurate with experience).
- Performance-Based Commission: Uncapped earning potential based on sales growth.
