Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics processes.
This role will split time between our Freehold NJ warehouse location and our Middletown NJ office location.
Duties
- Manage daily logistics operations, including order picking and inventory management.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure materials and ensure timely deliveries.
- Utilize logistics systems to track shipments and monitor fleet performance.
- Manage billing and invoice process
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and order statuses.
- Support e-commerce initiatives by ensuring efficient order fulfillment processes.
- Analyze data related to logistics operations to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior Quickbooks Experience
- Familiarity with fleet management systems and e-commerce logistics is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for demand planning.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Proficient in using logistics software and systems for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members and external partners.
