We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Floating Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This key role will involve learning the operations of multiple departments, including Inbound, Outbound, and Picking, with a focus on providing leadership and support across various local sites. As a Floating Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations, overseeing day-to-day activities, and stepping in as needed to support department needs and provide supervision to maintain high standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Learn and become proficient in the operations of the Inbound, Outbound, and Picking departments.
- Provide supervision, guidance, and support to teams across different sites as required.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and operational standards across all departments.
- Assist with workflow management, staffing, and resource allocation as needed.
- Handle daily operational challenges, troubleshooting issues, and escalate when necessary.
- Monitor and report performance metrics, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with site management to ensure proper coverage and efficient work processes.
- Support training and development efforts for team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and best practices across all assigned sites.
