Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
- Supervise daily operations of the agronomy facility, including blending, storage, and distribution of fertilizers, seeds, pesticides, and other agricultural products.
- Ensure that all operational activities are carried out according to company policies, local regulations, and best agricultural practices.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring timely replenishment of products and minimizing waste.
- Coordinate the timely and efficient delivery of products and services to customers.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of agronomy professionals, ensuring that staff are well-trained and adhere to safety and quality standards.
- Manage staffing schedules and performance, conducting regular evaluations and providing feedback to employees.

Customer Service and Sales Support:

Qualifications:
