Pay: $18 - $21/hr Commission
Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by supplying necessary parts to our shop and customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Ensure that shop personnel receive essential parts quickly to maintain workflow and reduce downtime.

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge of our equipment lines and competitive products, ensuring accurate recommendations and support.

Maintain a clean and organized parts department to ensure easy access to products and a safe working environment.

Manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently, ensuring that workflow is prioritized and tasks are completed on time.

Complete necessary paperwork for shipping and receiving, ensuring accuracy in documentation.

Demonstrate outstanding communication skills when interacting with customers, vendors, and team members.

Utilize computer systems and research capabilities to locate products from multiple vendors and provide quick solutions for parts needs.

Work collaboratively within a team environment to ensure smooth operations and meet team goals.

Monitor inventory levels to ensure minimum stocking requirements are met and products are ordered in a timely manner.

Perform shipping and receiving duties as needed, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing parts are processed correctly.

Be available for weekend (Saturday) shifts and other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED certificate (Associate's degree preferred).

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage customer relationships and team dynamics.

Basic knowledge of mechanical parts and their function in the repair and maintenance industry.
