Job Summary :
We are looking for a skilled MIG Welder to join our team and contribute to the fabrication and assembly of metal components. The ideal candidate should have experience in MIG welding techniques , be detail-oriented, and ensure high-quality welds that meet industry standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding to join, fabricate, and repair metal parts.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols to determine job specifications.
- Set up and operate welding equipment, ensuring proper gas flow, wire speed, and heat settings.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure welds meet structural and aesthetic requirements.
- Work with carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals as required.
- Operate and maintain welding machines and related tools in safe and proper working condition .
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines , including wearing proper PPE and ensuring a hazard-free workspace.
- Perform grinding, cutting, and finishing tasks to refine welded structures.
- Collaborate with fabricators, engineers, and supervisors to ensure project completion.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any defects or equipment issues.
