Revenue Operations Manager / RevOps Manager
The RevOps Manager will play a critical role in optimizing the revenue engine for our programmatic advertising business. The role is based out of our New York City office, under the guidance of the VP Analytics and in close collaboration with the VP Sales.
This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing revenue-related software, implementing and refining sales and marketing processes, ensuring data integrity, providing training, and delivering actionable insights through data analysis.
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, has a strong understanding of the programmatic advertising sales cycle and has a track record of building strong processes leveraging the CRM.
Software management
- Manage and optimize CRM (e.g., Salesforce), sales research tools (e.g., Linkedin Navigator, Zoominfo), marketing automation tools and other revenue-related tools.
- Train sales, account managers and marketing on processes and tools
Revenue processes
- Implement and manage sales processes, including lead flow, opportunity tracking, and forecasting.
- Work to ensure smooth handoffs between marketing, sales and account management.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all revenue systems.
- Create and maintain documentation for sales and marketing processes and procedures.
- Help in scaling the sales team through onboarding support and standardization of processes
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize revenue operations.
Data analysis
- Assist in forecasting revenue, setting targets, and tracking performance against goals.
- In particular, track lead conversion rates, campaign ROI and proposal win rates.
- Develop and maintain sales and marketing dashboards and reports to track key metrics and performance indicators.
- Identify trends and insights.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role within the programmatic advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising concepts and technologies.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and sales enablement tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
- Salesforce certifications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of the sales cycle within digital advertising.
- Experience in creating and documenting business processes.
