Key Responsibilities:
- Deal Printing & Processing: Prepare and print vehicle sales deals, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Deal Funding: Assist with funding deals to ensure timely and efficient processing.
- Inventory Assistance: Help manage inventory to maintain an accurate and organized stock.
- Dealer Trades: Coordinate dealer trades, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
- OnStar Assistance: Guide customers through the setup and activation of OnStar services.
- Appointment Confirmation: Confirm customer appointments to ensure a smooth experience.
- Finance Manager Support: Provide administrative support to the Finance Manager to facilitate deal closure.
Qualifications:
- Customer-Oriented: A strong focus on customer satisfaction with the ability to build rapport.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: A proactive individual with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team Player: Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong Communication Skills: Able to communicate effectively with both customers and team members.
- Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Education & Experience:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or training in office administration is a plus.
- Experience: Previous administrative experience (2 years preferred).
- License/Certification: Valid Driver’s License required.
