- Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Control Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Valid First Aid/CPR Card, or the ability to obtain within 3 months of regular status employment.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of KPUD's Electrical and Water/Wastewater SCADA systems.
- Shared responsibility for all aspects of maintenance and troubleshooting of KPUD Water/Wastewater systems and controls, including PLC's, HMI's, and ancillary equipment.
- Design, construct, implement, and test Water/Wastewater department projects, as necessary.
- Maintain software/software files, records, and databases used by the metering/substation department.
