Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a telemetry unit setting, monitoring vital signs and telemetry readings for patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Utilize aseptic techniques to provide safe and effective patient care
- Administer treatments and medications as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, recognizing and reporting any abnormalities promptly
- Provide care for patients across various specialties including trauma, senior care, and toddler care
- Perform procedures such as gastric lavage, ostomy care, IV insertion, and coding accurately
- Collaborate with the medical-surgical team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health record systems
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $32.00 - $53.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 36 per week
