Job Overview:

We are seeking a Licensed Journeyman Electrician Foreman with experience in managing projects and leading teams in commercial settings. This role not only involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems but also includes overseeing work on-site as a foreman.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems per codes.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues.
• Conduct routine inspections and testing.
• Collaborate with other trades.
• Mentor and oversee apprentices.
• Lead and manage a team of electricians on job sites.
• Ensure project timelines are met and within budget.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Enforce safety standards and regulations on-site.

Qualifications:

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license in Omaha, NE.
• 2 years of journeyman experience.
• Proven experience as a foreman or in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.
• Proficiency with electrical tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Physical ability to perform job duties.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation.
