About Us: Kids Camp by Burn Bootcamp is a leading provider of fitness and recreational programs dedicated to promoting health and wellness in our community. We offer a variety of programs, including seasonal camps and year-round fitness classes. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Trainer/Operations Manager to join our team and help drive our mission forward.
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Trainer/Operations Manager with a passion for working with children to manage memberships, scheduling, hiring and firing staff, and leading training sessions for our camps. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining operational excellence, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. A fun, upbeat attitude is essential.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Membership Management: Oversee the administration of memberships, including sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations. Ensure excellent customer service and address member inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Scheduling: Develop and manage schedules for camps, classes, and staff. Ensure all programs are adequately staffed and operate smoothly.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and, if necessary, terminate staff members. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Training and Development: Lead training sessions for camp programs, ensuring they are engaging, educational, and aligned with the company’s standards.
- Reporting and KPIs: Track and report on key performance indicators, including attendance, membership growth, and customer satisfaction. Analyze data to make informed decisions and improve operations.
- Program Development: Collaborate with the team to develop and enhance camp and fitness programs for children. Incorporate feedback and innovative ideas to keep programs fresh and exciting.
- Customer Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with members and participants, ensuring a positive experience and encouraging long-term participation.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the fitness or recreational industry.
- Previous experience working with children.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in training and development.
- Proficient in using membership management software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
- Fun, upbeat attitude and ability to motivate children.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
