Temporary HR Assistant
20 - 40 hours a week
- Basic filing experience.
- Ability to follow direction.
- Ability to handle sensitive materials with secure document management protocols and discretion.
- Both Accounting & Process and Human Resources documentation will include confidential information for the company and employees.
- All documents and information must be handled with due diligence.
- This includes for data security and protection of:
- The company and company assets including but not limited to banking information, credits cards, etc.
- Privacy of individually identifiable protected health information of all employees.
- Employee private and personal data that could be used for identify theft or other nefarious purpose if unsecured.
- This includes discretion in understanding that information handled is not to be discussed with anyone other than authorized personnel within the organization.
- NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) must be on file for this position
- May also require HIPAA training, Federal and State document retention requirements, I-9 / eVerify training, and training on other relevant protocols.
- Maintain office environment
- Professional environment working with confidential information
- Need to be able to work in Excel, Powerpoint, and Microsoft Office
- Supporting HR Business Partner and Finance Manager
- Need to be able to work with employees to assist with benefits, payroll questions
- High School Diploma or GED
- Effective utilization of basic office technology, including computer, scanner, copier
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously
- Experience in Human Resources in administrative support functionality a plus.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
