The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, particularly in water treatment plant design and operations. Excellent technical skills, project management abilities, and experience with Civil3D, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word are essential. Knowledge of WaterCAD/WaterGEMS and Revit is a plus.
