The inside sales manager is responisble for managing sales activities and personnel to increase the company’s sales and revenues
Job Responsibilities
• Manages and supports inside sales employees with pricing, inventory requirements and training
• Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates, and develops sales campaigns to accommodate goals of company
• Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales
• Facilitate scheduling meetings as liaison between production and inside sales group, monitoring lead times, due dates and machine / man-power capacity
• Coordinate invoicing of orders from inventory with billing location
• Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred, and/or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of inside sales management experience preferred
• Experience in the metals industry preferred
