The Warehouse Coordinator prepares, verifies and maintains records on incoming and outgoing shipments while performing at specified quality and productivity standards. The Warehouse Coordinator must have excellent accuracy and attention to detail, as this position is much more than just loading and unloading trucks!
Job Duties Include:
- Assists with the daily inventory/storage/movement of packaging materials, ingredients and finished product.
- Assists with the flow of pallets, transfers, shipments, inbound supplies and all trucks.
- Responsible for assembling orders and shipping finished product according to production needs.
- Utilizes software systems to prepare delivery information and labels; processes, picks, packs and prepares products for shipment.
- Assists with loading and unloading trucks, and tracking and counting of physical inventory.
- Unpacks, examines, and routes incoming shipments, identifies damaged items, records shortages and communicates with management or purchasing department for resolution of any issues.
- Posts weights, shipping charges and affixes postage.
- Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
- Supports the Packaging, Customer Service, Accounting, Purchasing and Quality departments as needed, related to products and shipments.
- Assists in maintaining the warehouse in a tidy and orderly fashion.
- Utilizes pallet jacks and operates forklifts as needed. We will train on forklift, and employee will be required to complete forklift certification.
- Other duties as assigned.
Shift/Schedule:
- Monday-Friday with rotating Saturdays and holidays.
- 9:00am-6:00pm or done.
Qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements:
- CDL is preferred - Class A.
- Basic computer skills are required, experience with ERP systems is desired.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
- Must be able to work overtime as needed, and rotating Saturdays.
