Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans to drive growth in western Massachusetts and/or Hartford/northern Connecticut.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
