Position Overview:
The Business Office Manager is the head of finance, driving the financial strategy and planning for the school. This is both a strategic and hands-on role, administering control and oversight of the business and financial operations of the school. The Manager oversees all finance matters, including budgeting, contracts, financial aid, expense control, financial reporting, accounting controls, cash management and banking relations, capital budgets, and risk management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field required (advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum five years of related experience.
- Previous non-profit experience, preferably in an independent school, is preferred.
- High proficiency with technology, including Excel and other related Microsoft Office software, is essential.
- Experience with a School Information Management platform (experience with Veracross is a plus).
