HR Administrative Assistant (Entry Level)
Full-time, On-site, Mon-Fri 8 AM - 5 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our Human Resources office operations, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office software , HRIS systems, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including filing and data entry
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Provide support in recruitment, employee record keeping/reporting, L&D, payroll, and general administrative office support.
- Answer emails, and phone calls with professionalism and maintain proper etiquette.
- Monitor HR mailbox and route to appropriate parties and or answer the inquiry.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files for easy access
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members
- Serve as a personal assistant to management when necessary
- Communicate effectively with clients and staff, ensuring support when needed
Skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and other office software applications preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent typing skills for efficient data entry and document preparation
- Familiarity with clerical duties and office procedures
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships within the team
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player
Education
- High school diploma required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
- Previous administrative experience in an HR or office environment preferred.
