We are seeking a highly adaptable RF Engineer with a strong foundation in electrical engineering to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring 2–4 years of hands-on experience in RF systems and excel in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines. This position will primarily work from home, with scheduled collaborative meetings at our offices throughout the week.  

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test RF systems for counter-UAS applications while meeting aggressive project timelines.
• Rapidly analyze and optimize RF components, including antennas, filters, amplifiers, and transceivers, to achieve performance goals under tight schedules.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to integrate RF systems into larger counter-drone platforms, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables.
• Support the development of detection, identification, and jamming capabilities for commercial UAS threats, including those utilizing 5G cellular technologies.
• Troubleshoot RF hardware and system performance issues with urgency and precision.
• Maintain clear and concise documentation to support ongoing projects in a fast-evolving environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in RF design and development (e.g., antennas, RF circuits, or wireless communication systems).
• Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Strong foundation in electrical engineering principles and RF system integration.
• Proficiency with RF simulation tools (e.g., CST, HFSS, ADS, or similar).
• Experience with RF test equipment, including spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and oscilloscopes.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards for RF emissions and compliance (FCC, ITU, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Software-Defined Radios (SDRs) and signal processing.
• Knowledge of counter-UAS technologies or electronic warfare systems.
• Familiarity with 5G FR2 & FR3 standards and applications.
• Background in maritime or military-grade RF systems.
