What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Operations Coordinator position at KM Skelly Inc?
We are a general contracting company that works with high level clientele to construct custom homes, remodels, and historic renovations in the Santa Fe, NM area.
We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper to handle all the accounting needs of our company.
Location: Hybrid - Monday - Friday - Flexible scheduling 25-30 hours per week
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Handle full cycle A/P, A/R
- Process invoices from vendors
- Client invoicing
- Develop required financial reports
- Financial reconciliations
- Process bi-weekly payroll
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Process yearly insurance audits
- Requirements:
- Proficient with QuickBooks Online
- Experience with time tracking and project management software
- 3 years of experience in this type of industry
- Proficient in a paperless workplace
- Business and Personal References
Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish would be beneficial, but is not required.
