Business Intelligence Analyst
South Portland, Maine
TruChoice Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time Business Intelligence Analyst to work in their South Portland office to provide advanced data analysis and reporting and ensure data-driven solutions align with organizational goals.
\n- A bachelor's degree, or achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree.
- 3-5 years of Business Intelligence Analysis experience.
- Experience developing reports and dashboards using Microsoft 365 tools.
- Ability to discuss technical issues effectively with team as well as non-technical users.
- Ability to work onsite in South Portland, Maine and ability to travel independently to branches throughout Southern Maine as needed.
- Salary in the range of $65- $75K based on experience

- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint to support leadership in achieving their strategicobjectives.
- Work with team members to identify data needs, gather requirements, and provide
- technical expertiseon data solutions.
- Provide training and resources to empower staff in utilizing data tools effectively; create and maintain documentation for reports and systems.
- Implement processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency,and reliability across all systems, andadhere to TruChoice’s data governance policies.
- Support integration and alignment of data across Microsoft 365 and other
- third-party platforms.
- Enhance efficiency through data automation andadvanced analytics techniques.
- Maintain and troubleshoot TruChoice’s core banking system and integrated systems, coordinates testing for product development, upgrades and new releases.
