Role Overview:
We are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Marca Technologies. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a leadership role in our maintenance department.
Main Duties:
- Supervise and mentor junior technicians to ensure they meet quality standards
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize productivity
- Collaborate with quality personnel to identify areas for improvement
- Troubleshoot and document equipment breakdowns
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in mechanical maintenance or a related field
- Strong understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
