Main Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the equipment in the Inline Metallizing Department
- Supervise shift technicians and ensure they adhere to quality standards
- Enforce company safety policies, rules of conduct, and work procedures
- Troubleshoot, repair, and document mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic breakdowns
