The Supply Chain Production Planner will collaborate with sales, department managers, team leaders and production teams to ensure timely production goals are achieved while minimizing potential impact on production.

• 5 years’ experience with ERP Systems, Acumatica a plus. 
• Self-confident in a manufacturing environment 
• Proven ability to develop and optimize systems and planning processes.  
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment. 
• Experience with multi-level production planning and inventory management. 
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of employees and across all functions. 
• Excellent time management and organizational skills 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Effective communication skills. 
• Advanced skills in Excel. 
• Kanban experience a plus. 

• Analyze shipments forecasts, production capacity and customer orders. 
• Facilitate timely delivery of products to customers 
• Create, monitor and manage efficient production schedules aligned with orders ensuring deadlines are met and adjust as needed to meet demands. 
• Closely monitor production process for timely delivery of customer orders while managing budget goals 
• Enter, reconcile and verify production slips to ensure inventory accuracy. 
• Promptly address and resolve production issues to minimize delays  
• Coordinate production operations in accordance with material, labor, and equipment availability. 
• Recommend viable solutions to reduce production costs as well as improve production processes and product quality. 
• Monitor finished goods inventory levels and provide regular production status updates to management team 
• Coordinate with manufacturing for work allocation and production changeovers 
• Support new business implementations, including launches and transitions, ensuring readiness and successful execution. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, operations, and PD, to ensure alignment with organizational goals. 
• Review and advise delivery dates for new build to order and custom orders.
