The Supply Chain Production Planner will collaborate with sales, department managers, team leaders and production teams to ensure timely production goals are achieved while minimizing potential impact on production.

- 5 years’ experience with ERP Systems, Acumatica a plus.
- Self-confident in a manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to develop and optimize systems and planning processes.
- Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Experience with multi-level production planning and inventory management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of employees and across all functions.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Advanced skills in Excel.
- Kanban experience a plus.
- Analyze shipments forecasts, production capacity and customer orders.
- Facilitate timely delivery of products to customers
- Create, monitor and manage efficient production schedules aligned with orders ensuring deadlines are met and adjust as needed to meet demands.
- Closely monitor production process for timely delivery of customer orders while managing budget goals
- Enter, reconcile and verify production slips to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Promptly address and resolve production issues to minimize delays
- Coordinate production operations in accordance with material, labor, and equipment availability.
- Recommend viable solutions to reduce production costs as well as improve production processes and product quality.
- Monitor finished goods inventory levels and provide regular production status updates to management team
- Coordinate with manufacturing for work allocation and production changeovers
- Support new business implementations, including launches and transitions, ensuring readiness and successful execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, operations, and PD, to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Review and advise delivery dates for new build to order and custom orders.
