KMAC, Inc. was established in 1934 as a general contractor. Throughout our last 35 years in business, we have done a variety of commercial, industrial, and multi-family building projects for small, medium and Fortune 500 Companies in five states. Twenty-eight years ago, we expanded our market area to include Gypsum Concrete Underlayment, which come in a variety of strengths and types. Today, we offer a wide variety of products and services, including sound mats, heated floor options, carpet pads, Kleets, and of course, Gypsum Concrete for our happy clients in Hutchinson, Minneapolis, St. Paul, St. Cloud, Rochester, MN, Fargo, ND, Eau Claire, WI, Des Moines, IA, and Sioux Falls, SD.
We are now hiring a full-time, on-site position Monday-Friday handling accounting and payroll operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll processing
-Handle banking transactions and financial reporting
-Annual tax filings and wage reporting
-Job costing, union reporting, sales tax reporting and work comp reporting
-Maintain accurate records and assist with compliance tasks
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in accounting and payroll, will train
-Proficiency in accounting and payroll software, will train
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
