*Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
*Verify or reconcile bank transactions
*Create trucking invoices, update permits
*Keep accurate records in accordance with company
standards
*Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
*Previous experience in billing, finance, or related fields
*Experience in data entry, Word and Excel
*Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
*Ability to prioritize, multitask, and learn quickly
