Job Description:
- Performs Treasury Operation functions for researching and posting incoming payments; researching, voiding and/or reissuing payments issued, and other daily functions related to the ongoing operations of the department.
- Education Level: High School Diploma
- Experience: 3-4 years of relevant work, bookkeeping, or data entry experience
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and banking practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; proficient in Excel
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Skill in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
50% Responsible for reviewing daily error report, researching errors, making corrections, and applying corrected data into the system. Research and corrections are to be completed daily, timely and accurately. Work with Billing and Finance departments to assist with positing corrections. Adherence to internal controls is a must.
45% Responsible for researching, voiding/stopping and/or reissuing payments issued. This includes using internal and external to complete this activity. This function requires contact with customer service areas therefore timely and accurate responses are required. This function also requires strict adherence to internal controls.
5% Other functions as requested by management.
