RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor incoming assignments in GPO’s assignment tracking system ServiceNow
- Track the status of all reporting requests (e.g., financial, operational, performance dashboards, etc.)
- Confirm that each assignment receives a timely response with a defined plan of action or solution
- Coordinate with ADM Management to set task priorities based on urgency and complexity
- Identify requests that fall outside contract scope and escalate or reroute them to ADM management as needed
- Maintain visibility into current developer workloads and available capacity to support scheduling
- Facilitate communication between developers and business units (e.g., finance, production, executive leadership, etc.)
- Participate in planning for report modifications involving Microsoft Azure Synapse semantic models
- Support iterative development and feedback cycles between developers and business stakeholders for Power BI and Business Objects reports
- Organize timelines and delivery milestones for assigned report development or enhancement projects
- Assist with the coordination of new development projects submitted by business units and reviewed by the Technical Change Control Board
- Present proposed delivery timelines to ADM management and business unit representatives
- Track and manage ad hoc reporting requests (e.g., one-off data pulls, audit reports, executive summaries, etc.)
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or a similar assignment tracking platform
- Familiarity with enterprise reporting tools such as Microsoft Power BI and SAP Business Objects
- Ability to coordinate across technical and business teams
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments
BACKGROUND
- 5 years’ experience coordinating IT or business reporting efforts in a structured task management environment required
- Experience with report development workflows (e.g., task intake, business unit coordination, delivery planning) required
- Experience working in enterprise environments required
- Experience using tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Azure Synapse, and/or SAP Business Objects required
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, or a related field preferred

Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
