As a ServiceNow Architect within the Enterprise Intelligence team, you will play a pivotal role in the design and strategy of ServiceNow ITOM capabilities, focusing on discovery data integration into the CMDB. Your expertise will support asset and configuration item management modernization across our hybrid environment.
Responsibilities :
Design and lead ServiceNow ITOM implementation, emphasizing CMDB integration
Collaborate with Product Management and leadership to enhance ITOM capabilities aligned with the ServiceNow roadmap
Support, enhance, and maintain discovery patterns for on-premise and cloud infrastructure
Develop and implement new discovery patterns while troubleshooting and resolving discovery-related issues
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on initiatives impacting the CMDB
Stay updated on ServiceNow products, CMDB technologies, and relevant industry trends
Provide guidance and support to junior team members
Qualifications :
8 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM architecture and implementation
Expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, discovery, and integration in hybrid environments
Familiarity with Common Service Data Model (CSDM); Service Mapping knowledge is a plus
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) and Agile methodology
ITIL Foundation certification (v3 or v4) and ServiceNow Discovery certification required
Preferred certifications : Service Mapping, AWS certification
